Project Highlights: This project includes the design, procurement and supply, engineering construction, transportation (including secondary transportation), unpacking and unloading, insurance, warehousing, positioning, installation and commissioning, trial operation, cooperation and acceptance, training, after-sales service, spare parts, special tools, defect liability period, quality assurance period, and other related services for the corresponding clean room and supporting individual civil engineering and general electromechanical systems. The system includes but is not limited to: clean room environmental system, clean room fresh air treatment system, non clean area air conditioning system, process exhaust system, process cooling water system, pure water system, wastewater treatment system, special and bulk gas system, chemical supply system, electrical system, FMCS system, water supply and drainage system, smoke control and emergency exhaust system, supporting functional unit civil engineering and light steel structure engineering and decoration engineering, process equipment department and factory office decoration engineering, etc.
Industry value: This 2GW battery production line is the industry's first large-scale, high-capacity microcrystalline process production line at the GW level. The average efficiency of battery production can reach over 25%, making it the most efficient intelligent workshop in the industry.
