Project highlights:this project is about the design, manufacturing, procurement and supply, transportation (including secondary lightering), unstuffing and unloading, insurance, warehousing, placement, installation and commissioning, trial operation, cooperative acceptance, training, after-sales service, spare parts, special tools, defects liability period, quality guarantee period, and other related services of the corresponding cleanrooms and general electromechanical systems. These systems include but are not limited to: cleanroom environment system, cleanroom fresh air treatment system, non-clean area air conditioning system, process exhaust system, process cooling water system, process vacuum system, electrical system, FMCS, cleaning vacuum system, water supply and drainage system, main pipeline system, and construction and decoration system.

Industry value:the Tiangong Project relies on the Japanese technology of Thinkon Semiconductor Jinzhou Corp., which is a representative of high-tech enterprises in Jinzhou Tanghezi Industrial Park, and has received high attention from the leaders of the district government, the municipal government and the provincial government. It is of great significance to the revitalization of the Northeast China and the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.
