Project highlights:Zhejiang JRH is one of the earliest enterprises that are professionally engaged in the manufacture of silicon wafers for integrated circuits in China, and it is also an integrated circuit manufacturer with a relatively complete industrial chain of silicon single crystal ingots, silicon grinding wafers, silicon polishing wafers and epitaxial silicon wafer manufacturing in the country. This project is the first successful 12-inch silicon single crystal rod with mass production for integrated circuits with completely independent intellectual property rights in Zhejiang Province. This silicon single crystal rod is about 1.5m long and weighs 270kg, which can be cut into more than 1,500 silicon wafers. Under the circumstance that the majority of silicon wafers for integrated circuits in China relying on imports, the mass production scale of 150,000 wafers per month of JRH will effectively replace imports and promote the accelerated development of China's integrated circuit industry.
