These systems include but are not limited to: cleanroom environment system, cleanroom fresh air treatment system, non-clean area air conditioning system, process exhaust system, process cooling water system, process vacuum system, electrical system, FMCS, cleaning vacuum system, water supply and drainage system, VESDA system, leakage detection system, smoke control and extraction and emergency exhaust system, main pipeline system, and construction and decoration system.
