Project highlights:this project is about the construction, commissioning, completion acceptance, and engineering maintenance of each system-related material and equipment within its scope. The system includes: Power, PV process vacuum, Exhaust process exhaust, Chemical, UPW (ultrapure water), Drain (production drainage), IW tap water and related work involved in the above-mentioned work (including but not limited to support and hanger, pipe rack, and bridge).
